8-Channel Chip Linear Test Cabinet
The equipment mainly includes 8 channels of modules such as bracket, chip sealing, chip docking, test board, power system, atmosphere pipeline and host computer for simultaneous detection. The middle of each chip is sealed separately to ensure the sealing of the atmosphere chamber. The chip uses a spring pin connection method to ensure the stability of impedance contact. Each channel has a separate three-color indicator light, which is connected to the host computer test software through the control board to display different test results, making it convenient to screen the chips according to different levels. The modular design is convenient for debugging and maintenance.
