Test items:
Open circuit voltage, AC internal resistance, discharge test, discharge overcurrent test, short circuit protection test, charging test, charging protection test, etc.
Main performance of test equipment:
1. Open circuit voltage: Test the voltage at both ends of the positive and negative poles of the battery open circuit.
2. AC internal resistance: Test the resistance at both ends of the battery discharge circuit.
3. Discharge test: Test the battery's continuous load capacity, let the battery discharge continuously for a certain period of time to check the voltage drop.
4. Discharge overcurrent test: Test the battery's high current discharge protection function, and the battery's high current discharge triggers the battery protection board's discharge overcurrent protection function.
5. Charging test: Test the battery's continuous charging function and test whether the battery charging function is good.
6. Charging overcurrent test: Test the battery's high current charging protection function, and the battery's high current charging triggers the battery protection board's charging current protection function.
7. Resistance R1/R2: Test the resistance of specific battery functions, such as NTC, ID, etc.
8. Single-cell voltage/internal resistance test: For multi-cells, the test requirements for the voltage and internal resistance of the middle single-cell are met. A 6-channel single-cell voltage/internal resistance test interface is added.
